From I-95

Take I-95 to I-595 West, go South on University Drive then next left onto State Road 84.
Signature Grand is on your right on the corner of S.W. 70th Ave. and State Road 84.

From Florida's Turnpike

Take Florida's Turnpike to the Sunrise Blvd. Exit.  After the toll plaza go West about 2 miles to University Drive.  Make a left onto University Drive.  Continue South on University Drive to State Road 84.   Turn left onto State Road 84.  Signature Grand is on your right on the corner of S.W. 70th Ave. and State Road 84.

From University Drive (coming from the South)

Take University Drive until you cross over Griffin Road. Get in the right lane. Pass Nova Drive, then turn right onto State Road 84.
Signature Grand is on your right on the corner of S.W. 70th Ave. and State Road 84.
