Nov 13, 2009:  Annual General Meeting!

This is to notify you that we will be having a General Meeting on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at 10:00am. The meeting will be held at the residence of Rudolf Kameka (Tumpa) who has graciously offered to host the meeting. His address is 15875 SW 52nd Court in Riviera Isles, Miramar. It is west of Miramar Parkway and the I-75. You may enter from Dykes Road or 172nd Ave. A more detail direction will be provided at a later time.

The primary purpose of this general meeting is to elect new members to the board and also the executive board. FYI, it is necessary that you are current with your dues to be able to vote at this meeting, so if you are not (or are unsure) please contact Dennis Lawton and arrange to take care of the matter.

I know that this is very close to the holidays, however, I am asking that you make an extra attempt to attend the meeting so we may begin to move forward with our new team commencing January 2010.

Best Regards,
Trevor ‘Speedy’ Palmer
